RETURNS

The Small Print

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings.
Silvermoon promises to refund any items you are not completely happy with (except earrings) provided they are returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

WARRANTY AT SILVERMOON JEWELLERY

Our Policy

Any breakages under the 12 month warranty with proof of purchase will be repaired free of charge. After the 12 month warranty period any accidental damage or breakage can be repaired at a small charge. Unfortunately if all components have been lost we cannot repair or replace your item. Post items in a secured padded envelope using Royal Mail signed for service. Please ensure that you enclose your proof of purchase if you have it, contact details and return address. We aim to return your repaired jewellery to you within 14 days, however please note that this is subject to stock.
