CAN BRACELETS AND RINGS BE MADE TO A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Yes all of the bracelets and rings are handmade to a standard size of 17cm for a bracelet and 55mm for a ring, however if you require a different size you can measure your wrist or finger and let us know your desired size. In order to cover costs of materials there is a charge of £3 for a larger size. If you need a bracelet or ring to be made smaller then there is no extra charge for this, just write the new size you require in the notes section at the checkout. If the jewellery is older than 12 months or not under warranty the resizing will be carried out as a repair.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings.
Silvermoon promises to refund any items you are not completely happy with (except earrings) provided they are returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order by emailing Silvermoonjewelleryuk@yahoo.com. Orders are processed and dispatched fast so if you decide you need to cancel your order we suggest doing so within an hour.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY OF CLEANING JEWELLERY?
You will receive a care card and polishing cloth with your jewellery order giving you information on how to care for your pieces.
